SHIPPING POLICY
At EverCo, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service, which includes timely and efficient delivery of your orders. All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, from the date of purchase. Delivery of parcels is carried out on Mondays to Fridays during working hours, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Please note that delays in processing may be expected during peak and sale periods.

We offer Standard Courier delivery for a fee of S$4.00. For local orders above S$60.00, we offer complimentary Standard Courier delivery. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location.

We do not offer international shipping currently.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At EverCo, we understand that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating, and we want to make sure our customers have a clear understanding of our returns/exchanges policy in such situations.

Returns/Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are more than happy to exchange it for a new one. To initiate the process, please get in touch with our customer service team at MyEverCo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In order to ensure that the defective item originated from us, we will need you to provide videos of the package being opened.

Once we have received and assessed the videos, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. After we have received the item and verified its condition, you can choose to either receive a replacement item or we store credit. Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds.

Please note that we provide exchanges/returns for all items (defective/damaged) except for Sale and Discounted items.
